Vegan Chocolate Mousse

This is an AWESOME vegan dessert recipe I found while perusing Pinterest (one of my favorites past-times of course). It’s for 1-2 servings of chocolate mousse, and only requires 5 ingredients! It’s basically guilt free, so no need to worry about counting calories, either. Who says you can’t have sweets on a veg diet?

Vegan Chocolate Mousse

makes 1-2 servings

1 ripe avocado

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup raw agave nectar

1/4 cup almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions: Puree until smooth. Serve chilled. It’s that simple!
